I've been making snack bags for myself for a while, but I've really wanted to move on and do more. It's a lot easier for me to eat healthy if I can push the work of cooking off to a single day, and just heat stuff up during the weekend.
Meal prep consists of 10 medium sized sweet potatoes (carbs), 4 bags of precut cauliflower and broccoli (I'm lazy), and two preseasoned slabs of pork (in the pan). I also have snack bags of celery, carrots, and a disposable "to-go" cups of salad dressing just to give it a bit more flavor.
