My wife considers herself a queen of organization and to a degree it's true, but having a toddler and twin infants is throwing us for a loop. We are Visiting family for the holidays and have 8 different bags, all brimming with stuff. I can't keep any of it straight and can't find a single thing.
Even days out are complicated. When she says grab the diaper bag she could mean one of three things 1)the actual diaper bag, 2) the small Bag that folds out into a changing pad, 3) some random bag she's put shit in.
Does anyone have a system that works? She's not great at communicating what she needs or where things are so it's a constant struggle. I feel like having so many bags leads to so much confusion.
I'm not sure if there is an easy way to do this but it's a real struggle. My wife is amazing - I'm living in a different state due to work and she's also working full time and managing two 8 month olds and a nearly 3 year old. We are always traveling and on the go!
And just a funny - we spent a weekend at a family resort a few weeks back. We had no access to a microwave or other cooking facilities in the hotel. She knew this but decided not to bring any any food but brought the food processor haha! I don't know how she manages.
