After wanting to for awhile, but not wanting to mess up cooking them myself, I finally tried lentils! I've always been the pickiest eater which is part of what got me to my current weight--the foods I'm not picky about tend not to be very healthy. Today I tried something new and I liked it and I'm looking for recipes now to incorporate into my diet! I'm also pretty happy because I'm only 8 g away from meeting my protein requirement and that's the closest I've been to hitting that macro since I started eating healthier at the beginning of january!
