We're staying at a vacation home west of San Juan for a week this Saturday, and I'll be cooking most meals for 4 adults and 3 kids, using the tools the vacation home provides (no deep fryer, no sous vide, etc). Because I'd like to spend most of my vacation not cooking, what recipes can you recommend that take advantage of local, readily available ingredients and give us a taste of Puerto Rican food culture without requiring any expertise?
