Hi all, I am a desi student in Canada and I am looking for a food processor for my cooking needs. I am hoping to get a single thing to cover all my basics ( chopping veggies like onion, carrot, aloo), pureeing (like tomato) and for making dosa batter.
I had been using a very cheap magic bullet from Walmart for making dosa batter and it was coming out fantastic, but it recently broke. so since i am going to get a new one, i'd prefer to get a single unit that can do more than just blend, but also chop veggies. does anyone have any recommendations?
Looking at indian brands such as Bajaj or Prestige it looks like they only grind and they do not have any ability to chop veggies too, so i feel it will have to be a western brand.
