Gatlinburg is a beautiful town, but it is a town that is starting to get higher in cost for some people. That is why we have went out and found what we feel are the 5 cheap attractions in Gatlinburg TN for you to enjoy. Each of these attractions are amazing and each one has its own positives and very little in the way of drawbacks.

The list we have made up consist of mainly things that you can do in the mountains and what is really great about these attractions is they are almost all free!

Yes, you may end up spending some money on these places, but for the most part they do not cost you a dime to go and check out. The cost comes from your own pocketbook and if you cannot use your will power to control the cost.

You will find that we have included Little Pigeon River. This is the river that runs in the middle of Gatlinburg and has the beautiful sidewalk you can walk along. This is going to allow you to enjoy the river and the beauty you are able to see. What else is great about this river is the great sidewalks that allows you to just sit down and enjoy the sounds of the river.

The Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Community is a great destination as well. This is one place that you will find can be expensive. So you need to keep your hand on your wallet, but the shops are definitely worth the cost of the products.

Roaring Fork is a great trail that you will want to go on with your car. This trail will allow you to see historical cabins, nature, and even enjoy the mountain streams that are coming down.

Clingmans Dome is the tallest point in Tennessee and located not far from Gatlinburg. I personally love walking to the top of the tower and just enjoying the amazing view.

Cades Cove is an area that used to be a town in the mountains prior to the park buying the land. After it was purchased the park preserved a lot of the older homes to help guarantee they will be enjoyed by future generations for years.
