I'm 28 years old, and currently working full time as a software developer. I pretty much sit around and program all day, which is pretty awesome. I have my life in order, for the most part. Have my own house, done with school, all the usual stuff. If my job doesn't give it away, I'm definitely a bit of a nerd. I love my sci-fi, and I work on programming computers for a living. Doctor Who, Star Trek, Star Wars, I like em all. Also pretty into gaming. Not super hardcore obsessed or anything like that, but I do like to sit around and play WoW or just about any other game in my free time (FFXV just came out!).
Music is a big part of my life. I picked up a piano a few years ago, and just started teaching myself how to play. Definitely one of the best decisions I ever made. I'm not the best player you'll ever hear, but I like to think that I'm at least halfway decent! I listen to just about all types of music. It's pretty rare for me to not have music playing. Used to go to concerts all the time, but haven't had a chance to go them as much as I used to lately. I have two dogs that are both rescues. They mean the world to me, I can't imagine not having them around. Even though the younger one ate part of my couch, and a few phone chargers. Also she wakes me up at night. I'm getting used to it.
I try to stay active. Running is usually my go-to, but I've had a pretty love/hate relationship with it lately. Been having a few knee problems, but they're starting to get better. For now, I've shifted my focus to weight lifting. Only just now getting started though, so I'm still figuring everything out. Trying to eat healthier and all that, too. Learning quickly that I have a lot to learn with cooking, but I've been really enjoying it so far.
Anyways, would love to find someone to spend time with, and hopefully develop a relationship with if things go well! I'm totally fine with distance, and would eventually want to meet up, so not really looking for strictly a penpal only thing right now, sorry!
And for those curious, here are the puppies :)
