Chicken and Steak for Large Group

I am cooking for our family Christmas (10 people) on a large BGE.

I'm guessing 5 chicken breasts and 5 steaks. How can I do this without over cooking or serving anything cold?

Should I pull the chicken a little early and finish in the oven then cook the steaks?
