Hi there humans! I'm going to be living in an apartment without dining hall food available for the first time soon (in Europe) and I was wondering if there was a cookbook that you know of that I could sort of cook my way through as a project, and also to build skills. I have some cooking experience with some basic dishes, but I'd love to use this as an opportunity to really practice making a variety of dishes in the cuisine that I love. So, any recommendations or anecdotes of similar situations would be really helpful :)
