I am hosting a NYE party tonight. The menu is breakfast themed. (E.g cheddar biscuits with chorizo gravy and traditional sausage gravy, shrimp and grits, candied bacon, etc)
Clearly cooking the biscuits when it's time to eat will yield the best result but I really don't want to get the counters covered in flour (and myself) while I have a bunch of guests. Do you think it is worth the trade off to bake now and reheat later?
Any recommendations for reheating method?
