I have been learning how to cook a lot of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines lately. I've done lamb chops, lamb shoulders, and shanks.
Does anybody have any good recipes that consists of ground lamb? I remember having a dish of ground lamb and some spiced basmati rice and it was to die for. I would like to recreate that and look into other recipes.
