I have to host a dinner party tonight and only found out last night. Apparently I have to make everything from scratch (broadly) and that leaves me little time.
I first thought of an American elevated theme (like cobb salad and elevated jambalaya?) but struggling on recipes. Also I've never cooked those things before
Cooking is not my forte and I'm struggling to come up with any ideas.
Anything you could suggest from any cuisine would be great. I'm UK based.
