Since they are easier to shell when warm after cooking is there any disadvantage to shelling all dozen before putting them in a ziplock bag in the fridge? I usually go through about a dozen a week, eating 2-3 every other day for a breakfast snack. Would be nice if I could just get at them as soon as I wake up.
