There is a video on YouTube called "Gordon Ramsay Malaysian Curry" I would link to it, but I get a message saying that this sub only allows text posts.
At about 1:45, he adds some "spices" to the dish. Unfortunately he doesn't say what spices they are. Can anyone identify them? They appear on the screen for a moment or two.
