Learning to brew recently: I'm in Europe and borrowing a friend's electric cook kettle, which has very good control settings over the mashing temps. Some of the brews I'm cooking are set up for two or three different mashing temp points throughout the mashing process. When I am back in the states I want to use propane. How well can one control the temp with the burner to hit the various temps in the mashing profile?
