Please tell me I didn't just poison myself

I cooked yuca without boiling it first and ate it. I know yuca has compounds in its skin that can be converted to cyanide once eaten. I peeled it and baked it in the oven at 325-350 in a sauce for about an hour and a half. I feel fine (it's been about an hour since I ate it), but now I'm reading that people usually boil the yuca and toss the water before cooking it and I'm starting to freak out. Should I go to the hospital?
