Hey folks, I had a friend from Wisconsin bring me a good deal of cheese when she visited me and after eating a good deal, I still have a block of 2 year aged white cheddar (very sharp). What's something good to make with this? I was thinking maybe some sort of bake in a puff pastry, but I want something more creative. Thoughts?
