My family has a tradition of fondue for Christmas Eve and sometimes New Year's Eve. While fondue is fantastic and we're never every stopping, I spend 70% of my time either fighting the crappy electric temperature regulator (settings: off; nuclear fission) on my electric pot or re-lighting the fire gel for my cast-iron pot. Anyone have a pot that they like that maintains a consistent, relatively low temperature? Other recommendations like a wok or something? Thanks!
