I've been subscribing to blue apron for awhile, and my wife and I really love it and I've learned a lot about cooking.
My wife wanted to up our cooking game and bought us some stainless steal pots and pans.
I did a ton of research on using them (like getting them hot before adding the oil) and cleaning them (with bar keepers friend)
But I still find myself not really wanting to use them. I feel like even when I do everything right and the meat doesn't stick to the bottom...pieces or oil still come off and up burning sticking to the sides. And then I'm just scrubbing them clean.
Do you guys have any extra tips on using them? I feel there is always some oil burned to the edges and it's super hard to clean even with the bar keepers friend.
