I go through probably eight chicken a breast a week cooking for myself and my girlfriend. It's starting to feel like I'm wasting all the fat trimmings from cleaning them. Is there anything I can make out of them if I save them? I'd say it's 70% fat and 30% meat. I'm still not super good at trimming efficiently.
