I recently got a gift of an assortment of German tinned meats. By the wonder of the internet I've deduced that they are:
Früstücksfleisch - Spam; Hausmacher Preßkopf - Head Cheese; Hausmacher Leberwurst - Liver Sausage; Hausmacher Blutwurst - Blood Sausage;
They are all 200g tins and all pork based.
I'm looking for recipe ideas/serving suggestions for any/all of them. Thanks!
