Falsely banned for macro major (First offence perm)

I was banned when playing 8 accounts at once on free to play

then I was banned again for playing 7 (new) accounts on free to play months later

On the 8, I got full rune and dragon slayer completed, lvl ~50 combat (~60 hours on the accounts)

On the 7 I was banned the day (or next day) I started to grind on the accounts doing fishing and cooking at al kharid/lumby swamp
