I'm a C6-C7 quadriplegic for 7 years now and am reading some things about people with similar injuries who are very independent in their daily life. Where I need to rely on help for basic things like getting dressed Are their any good sites / youtube-channels which have some good tips and tricks on how to become more independent?
Edit: I'm a complete quadriplegic with no movement in fingers and limited power in both arms. No function below c7.
In the morning I get help getting dressed (especially pants and shoes) and with washing myself/going to the bathroom. During the day i'm on my own( doing a job at a local firm etc.) Cooking is trial and error as with most people, only more difficult due to no motorfunction in my hands In the evening I need help getting in bed and getting undressed again
So the tips I'm looking for especially are in the getting dressed department
