Hi folks,
I've just started out on Atkins, and in the Fats and Oils section there is a note "Do not allow any oils to reach overly high temperatures when cooking."
Is that just general advice (don't burn your oil) or is there some specific low-carb related problem (like overheating oil magically creates carbs?)?
