They have 30-45 minute challenges to make 3 full plates of food.
How do they do it?
Takes me 30 minutes to cook a piece of meat, how are they prepping, and cooking, and slicing within 5 minutes?
Where are the recipe instructions on how to speed cook meat without giving yourself food poisoning?
I will slice and prep every meal in the morning if it means later in the day I can spend 5-10 minutes in the kitchen for full lunch and dinner.
How do I learn to do this?!
