I recently bought myself a cast aluminium pan. This is the first time I've bought any kind of nice quality cookware and want to do my best in caring for it. I've followed the instructions provided by the manufacturers.
I've noticed that my housemate tends to use things in the kitchen and not clean up - even after a few days. She used my pan and has not washed it and has left oil in the pan. Will this damage my pan?
