Restaurant supply stores in the area that don't require membership / business tax ID?

I'm in the market for some kitchenware and everyone on /r/cooking suggests hitting up restaurant supply stores for good deals.

Do y'all know of any in DFW that DO NOT require membership or a business ID or some such thing?
