The main content on my channel consists of a cooking show I host called Bryan's Kitchen, in which I play an awkward guy that thinks he is making great food, but clearly isn't. It started out as just something for my friends and family to watch, but I'm trying to capture my niche and make my content more enjoyable for a broad audience.
Strengths: I have had good feedback on my editing style, which I am also happy with. It has evolved from sloppy, poorly edited segments to more thought out, often comedic editing. This is also the first video I've done out in public, so I feel like it was a good breather from my usual kitchen setup. I also think my audio/video quality is pretty good for being an amateur.
Weaknesses: Like I said, I'm still trying to perfect my niche and make my content more enjoyable for a broader audience. I am also trying to be more charismatic so that I can retain people's attention, and I feel like in this video, unless you get that I'm playing a character, you might not understand the gimmick.
Anyways, I appreciate any feedback, and here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nbJ5xRvCDM
