I have been wanting to make a change in how/what I eat for awhile. I also wanted to start cooking at home more. I finally sucked it up, contacted someone to help guide me through and have almost completed my first day. 2 protein shakes, an apple, and 2 hard boiled eggs already down. Then homemade chicken fajitas for dinner.
It's already been a hard day, I usually eat a bunch of candy or junk between meals. But one day at a time!
I just felt like posting and saying thank you for everyone's posts in the past that inspired me to actually start this. It's been awesome seeing all the "yay me" posts and I couldn't help but share my own. You guys are so amazing and I'm so glad I found this sub.
