I [22F] am worried that me and my boyfriend [30M] of too years are getting too comfortable/lazy?

So basically, we've been together for 2 years, we are buying a house together and due to move in next month and I fear we are going to end up more like room-mates than lovers.

As it's winter and seems to be raining a lot and as we are saving money due to the house it's been a very long time since we've been on a date (4 months) and I'm starting to feel a bit worried.

We always stay at his in the evenings and watch TV and sit on our phones then go to bed and sit on our phones then go to sleep. When we do have sex it's great, long lead-up, great foreplay and it's always really really good, but it's usually only once or twice a week (which is fine with me).

I think it's OK at the moment as we have days in the week where we don't see eachother so get to miss eachother and talk about our weeks when we see eachother at the weekend but I'm worried when we live together we will just sit on our phones and rarely talk, interact or be passionate with eachother.

I'm also worried as I've recently noticed a lot more that he's not very romantic, he never suprises me with flowers or gifts, we haven't been on a weekend away for a really long time. I feel like the beginning of the relationship was so excited and now it's not. I'm worried I'm not even going to get flowers for Valentines day this year.

We have tried a few times to have indoor, at home dates. I like cooking so I always cook but we still manage to end up on either end of the sofa on our phones. I've said I want to have an at-home date night this Saturday - what can I do to make it great? How can I spice it up, bring romance back into our relationship and ensure we don't get too comfortable around eachother when we move in?

tl;dr: Boyfriend and I tend to sit on either end of the sofas on our phones most nights, don't have money to go out for dinner, what can I do to avoid becomming roomies when we move in together?
