I absolutely love Kenji. His writing style, comprehensive coverage, everything. Who else should I be following?

I follow a ton of chefs and restraunts through whatever I can access digitally and locally.

In my past three years of trying to radically ramp up my culinary knowledge, Kenji stands out so far ahead of everyone else I've seen.

Not that he's the best or most innovative chef or creative out there, but his posts, blogs and articles (haven't touched his book) are so high quality. You can clearly see his science background ring through in the way he conducts his tests and documents and explains his findings.

This in my mind makes him a far more significant contributor than the most renowned chefs of our time, because hes expanding the sciences behind cooking in a very open and accessible way.

Not intending for this to be a Kenji love post, but the man has been my cooking idol for so long.

My real question, is who else should I be following? Who else is advancing the "home cook" and science of cooking frontier in an easily accessible way?
