Jenn-Air Double Oven, F8E1 Low Fan Speed Overspeed

Title says most of it. Had the appliance about three years. Only happens when we attempt to use both upper and lower oven together. Does not prevent oven from working - I can clear the message and the oven continues to function, though it will throw the error again. I tried just using the lower oven but that didn't work either (when it's already in this state). What I've never done is tried just doing my cooking in the lower oven and seeing whether the error is a function of using the lower at all, or only once I've used both.

If I leave the oven for a little while, presumably until the fan is no longer needed, can I start it up again and use it normally.

Error has happened occasionally over the last year or so, and originally we thought it had to do with the power in our house because electricians have told use that our fuse panel is completely full. We were (probably mistakenly) associating "low fan speed" somehow with "attempting to run both ovens at the same time is not drawing enough electricity to function" but now I realize that "low fan" could equally mean "the fan in the lower oven," too :) Anyway, we use both ovens only when we're entertaining on holidays so it hasn't been a big enough problem to deal with. I'm finally getting around to trying to research it and get it fixed.

I plan to call the appliance repair folks, but I'm curious if anybody knows about this error and what kind of bill I'm in for?
