Meats and poultry are often cooked in the oven and my way is not the same as everybody or anybody else. I may line the oven racks with aluminum foil and poke holes for the grease to fall into an oven tray on the rack underneath so the meat doesn't cook in its own grease. And some others just lay the aluminum foil on the oven tray and cook it on that.
Yes, grease should not be dumped into the sink or drains but when you have to wash the tray, you most likely will be washing in the sink.
So, what are some tips to disposing or better handling the grease after cooking? ...as well as pre cooking and post cooking tips. Thnx!
