I've read the FAQ, and still feel like I have no clue what I'm doing.
A few things. I'm about 330lbs, a guy, 32, live in Canada, get little to no exercise, and am looking to lose weight through eating less.
Ideally I can get my weight below 200lbs. I was 180lbs for quite a while when I was younger, and returning to that would be nice.
There are a few "problems" though.
1 - I have Aspergers, and food textures are a huge problem for me. I therefore need lots of help figuring out what to eat. Additionally, because of my Aspergers, I'm quite happy eating the same thing, 3 meals a day, for a month; and as such, the number of foods I've tried in my lifetime is very small.
2 - I'd very much like to lose this weight quickly. Most of my previous attempts at losing weight eventually fell into people saying "no don't do that it's not healthy." Ideally I'd like to find a place where people will not be saying this; if anyone knows such a place feel free to point me in that direction.
3 - I live on a fixed income and have limited amounts of money to spend on a diet. Additionally, I have little to no cooking skills and no desire to learn. I'm uninterested in various recipes that include complex instructions. For reference, I consider ground beef to be "somewhat complex" as you need to both drain off the oil and stir it as it cooks.
My main objective is to find a way to lose weight as fast as possible without discomfort. Any advice for helping me get there would be very much appreciated.
