Sauté the vegetables, put them aside, cook the meat and add the vegetables back in? or do you cook the meat partially, put it aside, sauté the vegetables then add the meat back in last?
it might sound like i stupid question but I've seen both ways. my mother likes to do the latter option.
Is there a "right" way?
