  1. How did you first begin cooking, and as a teenager were you at all interested?

  2. What has been the hardest part of having to live up to the expectations of your restaurants?

  3. In relationship to the second question, which has been the easiest, and did you ever imagine yourself where you are now?

  4. How hard is it to come up with new dishes that are able to please so many?
