This guy and I have been friends with benefits for about 3 months before we started dating. I started liking him and once I realized it, I decided to cut him off. I told him that I didn't want to get hurt because I knew he was just playing around. About 4 days later, he asks to hang out, and we end up having sex again. this time I tell him that I don't mind being FWB, I just don't want to be used. He says he isn't interested in me in that way, and that he wants to date me instead. Fast forward a month, and I get the feeling that he's annoyed with me. We don't do anything (text hang out etc. ) unless I initiate it. He doesn't ask me about my life anymore and when I brought it up to him that I felt like he doesn't care, he got upset saying that he's doing so much (valentines date, cooking for me) but he doesn't seem to understand how cold he's being. I'm not sure if he's bored with us and wants to end it, or if he's just like this and I should suck it up.
