I've seen these pop up a lot and I've been doing a lot of bread making. I haven't run into a situation where I thought "Damn, this would be so much easier with this little chingus."
Am I missing out on something I don't know about or is this one of those "nice to have but you won't miss it if you don't have it" tools?
