I recently picked up this guy, and discovered my stovetop gets WAY hotter than I thought it would/should. Like medium heat is 750°F+. Avocado oil smokes at 520... anyway, is there a list for what temp your pan should be for sautéing veggies, searing chicken, etc? Would love to know exactly how hot my skillet should be for pancakes!
