Help a high schooler eat

I'm having trouble planning my meals due to my time frame, cooking ability, and available ingredients. I was hoping you guys could give me some ideas for meals that I could eat quickly and aren't a pain to make. I'm doing mostly resistance training with some added cardio at the end. I'm 6'0 and 145 pounds. When I last calculated, I needed around 2700-3000 calories a day. Any suggestions for quick meals I could eat at school so I can get max gains?
