My roommate is moving out with his boyfriend, so I'm looking for a female to sublet in his place from April until end of June (when our lease ends).

• Rent: $1050/month

• Security Deposit: $1500

• Water/Trash/Sewer: included

• Electricity/Internet/Gas: Split with me (usually around $90/mo. total)

• Very close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, bars, ect.

About me: Mid-20s female working fashion in DTLA, 9-5 type job. I'm pretty clean and organized so would prefer someone who is also (doing dishes after you're done with them, wiping down the counters after cooking, ect.). Other than that, I'm easygoing. Weekdays I'm out of the apt more often than I'm in it, and on weekends it depends.
