Most of you might be familiar with aloo paratha, which is a panfried flatbread which is filled with cooked potato before cooking.
I want to make something similar out of store brand tortilla wraps, sandwiching the cooked filling between two wraps before lightly pan frying them.
The main issue I want advice on is what might be the best way to seal the two wraps together so the edges are glued together?
Lastly, would there be any way to seal them together without frying them[asking as I prefer to use my oven as it requires less clean up]?
Notes;
I am using coconut oil.
I am using regular flour tortillas, although I might later switch to high fiber low carb tortillas.
So far I have tried tightly pressing the edges together and folding them in slightly before toasting it, I have found this breaks apart far too quickly.
Thanks for any help
