So many interests/hobbies, but no idea what career/major to look into/where to start, could somebody help?

Hello, I’m a 26 (f) and I’m currently an undecided freshman (I know I'm late starting college, but better late than never), but I feel like it’s time to figure out what I want to do. I'm introverted, and I get mentally drained when/if I'm around a lot of people for too long. What are some careers that you are mostly behind the screens/in the background that doesn’t involve being a receptionist or administrative work. I’m interested in/my hobbies are learning foreign languages, languages, Asian culture, electronics, animals, law, books, games (mostly PC and console, especially puzzle, mystery, detective, tactical, and rpgs), dancing (I’m not good at it), cooking, music (mostly when it comes to listening, not creating or playing it) and drawing (but I’m not good at it, sadly).

I don’t feel comfortable having to be the person that everybody sees and I’m not interested is getting publicity. I’m not really interested in being around a lot of people, but if t is something that interests me I’m willing to deal with more people. But, I’m definitely not interested in managing or being the boss, I’m doing good just to work on myself and my own problems (mostly mental and anxiety –which I’m seeing somebody for and taking medications-), I don’t want to have to be responsible for a bunch of other people and worry about that, I think if I had to be a manager or a boss, that would be way to much for me to handle. Plus, I'm still insecure and not that confident in myself yet.

I’ve looked online for jobs behind the scenes, but only found things in film, which I’m not really sure any of them fit me, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any types of careers that I could look into. Currently I’m undecided in my major, so if I need to change my major I’m fine with that.

I’m still figuring myself out, so I’m not really sure what my best qualities are, but I know that I’m not really an idea person (I guess that would be the right thing to say), I’m not that good at coming up with ideas, but I think I am good at putting/trying to work with the idea and figure things out. Something is I need to work on is that I get bored easily and once that happen it’s hard for me to motivate myself which leads to procrastination and sometimes I start to get depressed or I start feeling a grudge/feel extreme dislike/hate towards what I have to do, so in terms of a job I don’t know where to start. I’m alright when it comes to math, but science just doesn’t seem to click to me.

I know that some would say that hobbies are best left as that, hobbies, but I feel like if I can find a career that has to do with at least one of my hobbies/interests, it would go a long way for me finding a career I like/would want to stick with and I feel that this is something that would work for me.

Like I said, I’m still unsure about what I want and there are so many careers out there that I could be completely wrong in what I think is right or not right for me, so I’ll consider the career even if it’s not a behind the scenes career. I would prefer if the career was a well paying job, but as long as it could pay the bills and put food on the table, I’m good.

Also, I apologize for putting this in two different forums, I'm new to reddit and I wasn't sure where was the best place to put this. I hope I was able to give enough information to help, I'm not exactly sure what to ask/put in to be more helpful.
