Hey everyone, I'm new here and have a question for anyone with dietary restrictions.
As I was transitioning towards a vegetarian diet (I don't eat much dairy but was mostly focusing on reducing meat intake first) I started having some stomach issues. My naturopath wants to start with a low FODMAP diet which reduces a lot of the vegetables I loved and had been supplementing meat with. This includes cauliflower, chickpeas, lentil, broccoli...
I was just wondering if anyone had any great recipe recommendations or blogs for cooking vegan meals for people with dietary restrictions. The only blog I've ever really browsed was The Minimalist Baker.
