Is microwaving a good way to break down oxalates

Spinach is one of only 3 foods WHFoods.com recommends cooking, because the oxalate content is high and makes the nutrients significantly unavailable otherwise.

I have frozen spinach and was curious if microwaving them would be enough to break down the oxalates? Thanks
