Hi all!
We have a skeleton of an itinerary, as far as geographic locations go, but we could use some help filling it in with "must see" / "must do" experiences and incredible eats.. Feel free to be as specific as you'd like!
This is what we are thinking, as far as locations go
1) Fly Into Milan (not really wanting to spend time here) 2) Drive over to Verona (stay overnight) 3) Spend a day in Venice 4) Drive or train all the way pack over to Cinque Terre (spend a day or two hiking and sight seeing) 5) Stop off in Pisa on the Way to Florence (just an afternoon) 6) Florence (stay in a castle here) 7) Drive all the way down to Amalfi coast (something to see on the way?) Spend a few days here hiking, exploring, eating, etc 8) Take a ferry to Capri to tour the grottos 9) Hit Naples / Pompeii on the way up to rome (worth it?) 10) Finish trip with a few days in rome. (what to do here?)
So, a few of the activities we are really looking for would be awesome (scenic) hikes, awesome (scenic) drives, and a causal cooking class while we are in tuscany. Nothing like chef level or anything, just something fun, social and interactive.
Also, my husband loves cars so if there is a way to work in some classic porsches or something to do with Ferraris, would love some suggestions!
