For Christmas this year my parents gave me the "cuisinart professional series" set, which by the looks of it, is an extremely nice set for home use. I don't want to take anything out of the box until I get it back to my apartment, but I'm quite excited to cook with it. What should I make first? Nothing too extravagant, but enough to put these pots and pans to good use and run them through the paces. Any suggestions?
