I've been so incredibly lonely since my ex left me at the end of last year, and I also recently moved across the ocean and it's just been very rough for me. So i'm just really looking for friends to talk to and to listen to. I consider myself a good listener. I enjoy writing short stories and poetry and would love to talk to someone who shares these interests and might even want to read some of my stuff. I love classical music, opera, rock and prog, i love art but i'm not a pretentious dick, i'm pretty unassuming but I really want to make friends I can connect to on a deep, personal level. I want to be able to pour out my soul and have a mutual respectful thing going on.
About me: I play piano, guitar, tuba, and I sing. piano is my favorite though. I'm a military vet, speak german, english, and a bit of danish, currently a master's student. I built my own PC and play a lot of video games. My favorite artist is Ilya Repin. My favorite writer is Goethe. I'm tall and blond and want to get a dog soon. I play around with film photography for fun. I liike learning new words and foreign languages and watching classic films. I enjoy cooking and i often make dinner for my 3 roommates. I like internet culture and am kind of ashamed to say that I discovered 4chan in 2007 and have been an "internet person" ever since. Reddit sometimes disgusts me in terms of popular opinion and racism. I worked for 3 years on an ambulance as an EMT and watched a lot of peoples' last moments so I have a morbid sense of humor and outlook on life.
