Hello all! I am heading to a music festival over Labour day weekend that will be 5 days in total. There will of course be food vendors however as a coeliac I am wary of cross contamination making me ill and want to keep them as a last result.
I'm trying to put together a shopping list of keto foods however am unmotivated by it so far and need suggestions of foods I can take to keep me sustained without the need to reheat (cookers are banned). So far I have;
Pork rinds, Quest bars, Body science protein balls, Salami (will only last 2 days in esky by my guess), Beans (or snow peas, ditto above), Peanut butter
I don't eat tuna so thats out. Any suggestions welcome!
