I'm a bit of a newbie with Indian foods as I have only been cooking curries for a few months now. I absolutely love the results and am gaining enough confidence to want to take this further.
So far I've only been playing with cumin , turmeric, coriander, garam masala and chillies.
I have just ordered a masala dabba to house the spices, and since it has 7 pots, I was wondering what other spices I could add to give me the most versatility for learning new dishes?
